My statement might not have been clear. I received at least 1.5 pounds which was what I was aiming to get anyway. They knew it was expensive, but gave me a sizable portion.

Ohhhh. I assumed you were paying for the raw brisket to smoke and was like...dear god even if you get a small 4 pound brisket you paid 80 dollars.
I said "smoked brisket" to try to make it clear, but I understand. Message boards are as bad as e-mail when it comes to people not following.
