In the year 2020, when billions of people can make all manner of secure financial transactions online, there ought to be a secure way of voting from your phone.
But any idiot should be able to see the problem with trying to implement a sweeping change in the voting mechanism in the middle of an election year. Not to mention a historically contentious election year.
