To all those wondering why GEOTUS doesn't just pardon the likes of General Flynn and Roger Stone: 1) to be pardoned the beneficiary needs to accept the pardon. 2) it carries an imputation of guilt and admission of guilt. These men are heroes. They are not admitting guilt because they aren't guilty!
