It's funny how in order to read the news you have to understand the code words they use. A protest can be a protest, but it can also be a riot or looting. Teens means blacks between the ages of 13 and 25. Nobody is cooperating with the police means the person who got shot knows who did it and will handle it themselves, read about the next shooting in a few days.
The New York Times reported only 3\5s of the skull was damaged in the peaceful protest.
