Im no doctor but Biden is a senile old fool, he never knows where he is or what he's doing. He has stated he is running for the senate, said that they cannot beat Trump, only re-elect him! He's gotten his wife and sister mixed up, D-Day and War Memorial day mixed up, he cannot and will not be the nominee, i guarantee it.

Either one of two things will happen. He picks a VP that will pretty much take over (think Cheney during the Bush years), or more likely at thier Convention, he will not get the votes needed in the first round, and the second round they pick someone else. My money is on Clinton. There is no way she would let anyone else run besides her and put thier name in the running.
