FYI, she did start here career as a public intellectual with a doxxing site called socialautopsy.com. Some people will never forgive her for that but I agree with OP. They don't exactly know what to do with her because they know she is speaking truth. Not to mention her blowing up when Kanye first tweeted one of her short clips.

Tbh she also had a tendency to revert to SJW tactics during "debates" (look at her discussion with Blair White on Dave Rubin). I agree with a lot of what she says and writes, but of all the bullshit tactics leftists employ, hers are the ones we need the least.
I agree with this too. Nobody is perfect. I wish we had more hardliners but their is something about being conservative and/or MAGA that makes people less radical. We really just want to be left alone and leave alone. I appreciate Candace for taking on the role of bulldog. Kurt Schlichter is another mean SOB that I love to read because few of us really take the gloves off.
I think at this time she is headed in the right direction. BUT, do not forget she was the one behind the social autopsy website and what it entailed. We all have mistakes we aren't proud of, but social autopsy was to used along the same lines as the chinese social credit system. I have't seen one thing where she has said "yep, I made a mistake and that was a terrible idea", just put it out there publicly, so it is recorded, deal with the temporary feedback, and move forward. I think the longer she doesn't put that issue to rest, the worse it will be when people really start questioning her about it. If she has done this, please let me know.
Don't get me wrong, she is saying the right things, putting herself out there. But sure as hell, when the one lefty she has offended or whose feelings have been irrevocably hurt, such as that carlos maza guy and the_donald incident, all that credibility she has built up will be damaged.
Unfortunately, we have to do it better than the other guy, and I mean the psycho left. I'm hardly a fan of Mittens(recall him), but look at the shit the left dug up on that guy from 40yrs ago, look at the hell Kavanaugh went through, or any real conservative that is before some type of confirmation hearing. I think we all see that this gal has a good future ahead if she stays the course, but for all the hell conservatives go through, black conservatives sadly have that much more to deal with from the insane left.

She is a thoughtful and independent person who is not afraid- basically their worst nightmare.
