Thankfully Fitton is just the face of Judicial Watch, it's a decent sized organization now. Many little Fittons running around serving legal justice where the DOJ sleeps.

You'll want to look into who the lawyers are that run JW. Also, look into state/local organizations. They'll be able to make the most, and fastest impact to you as an individual.

Usually you'll be able to tell where to start by looking into who is lobbying for/against laws in your area.
