If there is a state that doesn't prosecute these people for tearing down ANY monument, confederate or whatever, then ANY monument is up for grabs. In fact, I think someone would have a legal case if they were arrested tearing down a "Michael Jordan" or "Harriet Tubman" monument, when they won't arrest these people for the same thing. Equal protection under the law.
