There's a burlap sheet with a 1/4" of dirt on top of it!

Brawndo's got electrolytes.

It's what plants crave.

Crlsniper 20 points ago +20 / -0

I didn’t even see the sacks, good grief what is going on here.

16
nmipede 16 points ago +16 / -0

I'll bet any money those sacks had coffee beans in them a little while ago. It's the only way they'd ever come into contact with that fabric.

I'm a Horticulturalist. This makes me want to cry. I am a man who wants to cry over plants. All because these fucking retards think they're actual people. They think they can do things. They don't know fucking SHIT. I am ENRAGED at how SAD they have made me over the way they CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO LOOK UP HOW TO GROW PLANTS.

Honestly, how are Laws going to be enforced in the CHAZ? If someone were to re-conquer the CHAZ for the USA, would they later be prosecuted? For all the emaciated, genital-mutilated-bodies left in their wake? (They looked like that BEFORE Guerilla Justice found them, BTW.)

you wouldnt understand, mom

Tbaron 2 points ago +2 / -0

Burlap sacks or cardboard can act like a weed barrier/mulch...so there is that. But do they really think a garden that small will feed more than 2 people?

2
Destineed369 2 points ago +2 / -0

Reminds me of the movie Water World where Kevin Costners character has that one tomato plant sailing the post apocalyps ocean lol

14
JesusMaga 14 points ago +14 / -0

Somehow, even mini mike Bloomberg is a better farmer than CHAZ

5
Lordkek 5 points ago +6 / -1

They’re actually cardboard boxes. Lol

44
Telcontar2012 44 points ago +44 / -0

What is this? Is this in chaz?

If that’s their idea of getting food production going, they are officially doomed.

49
MaxineWaters4Prez [S] 49 points ago +49 / -0

Yes it's CHAZ. They learned everything they needed to know from Farmville.

29
Telcontar2012 29 points ago +29 / -0

And most of those little shits look like they’re AT LEAST a good couple of months away from producing anything edible.

I’ll admit to being the dumbass that once thought it was a good idea to start growing tomatoes out of season so when the warmer weather did come round, the plants would be ready at a decent size.

Damn plants were a waste of garden space for months and the miserable few tomatoes that did grow never reddened up.

What they’ve got there is going to be pecked to bits by birds and other pests.

KeyboardWarrior 17 points ago +17 / -0

This is all just a world class tantrum. Nothing more. Trump will cure this tantrum with a proper spanking.

9
RuleoVicus 9 points ago +9 / -0

I had a few stalks of corn growing. 6 inches high. Come out, one is missing. Next day, another.

Fucking rabbits at night were eating them.

On top of that, my sunflowers never came out. Turns out the squirrels were digging the seeds out. THEY COULD SMELL THE SEEDS 😂😁😁😂

Bluestorm83 4 points ago +4 / -0

Dried Blood, man. Makes the little shitheads of the Animal Kingdom think something big hunts and kills there. They'll stay away, and the Iron in the blood will help your foliage. Just gotta reapply a day or so after every rain.

Meme farming, yes. Well, for those of us humble meme farmers.

Actual farming, no.

13
Steelflite 13 points ago +13 / -0

Yehbut...yehbut...Bloomberg told me different...

7
DarthJoshiahis 7 points ago +7 / -0

You just throw some seeds and their you go

7
RuleoVicus 7 points ago +7 / -0

I can't grow shit. Build an engine? Physics? Sure. Farming? I'm fucked.

4
Bluestorm83 4 points ago +4 / -0

Farming IS easy... provided you're willing to put in the LABOR, and learn the SKILLS. Like how if you were to ask a marathon runner if distance running is easy. I'm sure that we here are a crowd who could learn the skills and put in the work and farm some serious produce. And it would be easy... when we knuckle down and get good at it.

chuckachookah 0 points ago +1 / -1

So, like all things that aren't a LARP.

Agreed. everything seems easy as you have busted your ass doing it for years. And, even then, there is always room to improve.

The only thing they'll be eating out of there in a month are feral cat turds.

11
genghis_khek 11 points ago +11 / -0

KEK!!! Are feral cats turds vegan? It is an animal product.

25
nmipede 25 points ago +25 / -0

"Like, are we farmers now?"

"Yeah, this is easy! So what happens next?"

<shrugs>

Tomorrow morning...

"So, are these plants like defective or something? Shouldn't there be food?"

19
MaxineWaters4Prez [S] 19 points ago +19 / -0

Lol exactly. They will all get one tomato each.

18
Pepeinfinite 18 points ago +18 / -0

In the end, they’re just gonna kill the grass and the tomatoes.

16
Sum_devil 16 points ago +16 / -0

Can’t wait till someone tries to slaughter an animal for food and the vegan crowd gets triggered. Maybe we should just let them have a city but they must let us film everything. They’ll get that attention they need, we’ll get some Laughs, all Will Be good.

9
Telcontar2012 9 points ago +9 / -0

tries to slaughter an animal

I don’t see any farmyards in those blocks. Looks like it’ll either be random birds, or local people’s pets on the menu.

4
Crlsniper 4 points ago +6 / -2

They do have a baseball diamond and a bit of a park, grounds probably not great, but it’s dirt. maybe could feed a couple of families if someone with skill was actually farming it for a few months. Though looking at the image above I’d say that’s someone they don’t have.

14
Telcontar2012 14 points ago +14 / -0

Fam, you need to see the other photos that go with it. I just saw it on Tim Pools Twitter. He retweeted another account showing multiple photos of this little farm and they are beyond spectacular.

There’s anarchists standing beside it, staring at the plants and looking completely lost.

Not with the pots above the ground to die and no protection from wildlife. Maybe it'll attract a rabbit for them to eat.

This attempt reminds me of Mary Poppins. Feed the birds.

LOL! But virtue signaling doesn't fill the stomach of the human residents.

I don't think they've done much farming

4
MaxineWaters4Prez [S] 4 points ago +5 / -1

Only in zynga university.

4
KeyRepair 4 points ago +5 / -1

Well you're supposed to put your future transplants in the environment before you actually put them in the ground. Its to reduce the risk of shock to the plant and killing it when you uproot or transplant ..... Don't be an ass

4
KeyRepair 4 points ago +5 / -1

Also i'd like to add the burlap is to strangle out any weed growth once you cut holes and insert the plant into its home.

4
MaxineWaters4Prez [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

You actually think this is their rationale?

2
SirPokeSmottington 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well you're supposed to put your future transplants in the environment... Don't be an ass

You're also supposed to plant them in more than 2 inches of dirt.

Hard to tell if you're being sarcastic.

Poe's Law.

2
KeyRepair 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't see why you modified my statement with the quotes there. No you are supposed to put the plant, (still in its already existing pot) In the new environment so it can get used to the sun and moisture of that new area. Then after a few days you can transplant it with a lesser risk of the plant going into shock. Surprised more people don't know about this.

2
KeyRepair 2 points ago +2 / -0

Also id like to add. The burlap is meant to be cut so you can put the plant into it. The burlap is used to insulate the root system in cold weather and to snuff out any potential weed growth in the area.

1
SirPokeSmottington 1 point ago +1 / -0

Surprised more people don't know about this.

Do you know what the word, "also" means?

2
KeyRepair 2 points ago +2 / -0

Gotcha, you're gonna be hung up on the words and completely ignore the ideas behind them. We're done here.

3

THey identify as Tomato plants. What's wrong with you bigot?

3
H4yw1r3 3 points ago +3 / -0

They could do a few hundred potato boxes and aggressively grow 200+ golden zuchinni. It'd take a while but it would produce maybe 250 lbs a day... by the time the growing season ends 🤣

3
maga_gal 3 points ago +3 / -0

They do realize they could technically do this larp legally if they bought some land somewhere... start a weird cult, start a new burning man. Idgaf, just do it legally. Bunch a fucking pansies.
