Words matter. Meanings of words matter. Exactitude of speech and writing matters.
You can tell that most of the people throwing the word "racist" around (also homophobe, misogynist, sexist, privilege) don't really know what the word means.
Critical Theory believes that anybody who is "white", or who refuses to acknowledge the existence of SYSTEMIC racism (no one is seriously discounting individual examples of prejudice), or who will not disavow or apologize for their "whiteness", or fully embrace the godless Black Lives Matter political movement, is a racist and a white supremacist. To these people, you are literally evil incarnate, because you were born evil, if you are "white". They make their hatred of men, and the fair-skinned, and Christians, and heterosexuals very clear.
There is a word for people like this.
bigot: one who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.

So when people start in with their hatred or disdain for "whiteness" or "white people", or any grouping of people deemed evil by this new religion of critical theory, it is acceptable to call them what they are.

Haha. I've sat in that park many times when I was younger and there is not nearly enough land there to feed that many people. Lay siege. June is our rainy season and by the time July 4th rolls around that thing will start burning up and dying. Then comes our long winter. They should concentrate on potatoes, cabbage and onion but it seems they are going in hard on the herbs ad tomatoes. It's clear they don't realize that if we shut off services, things aren't going to work like they expect.

They don't do it because they think you're a racist, they do it because they know you're not a racist. They know we all see that racism is wrong, so they just call us a racist to paralyze us into using all our energy to defend ourselves from the accusation.
They always accuse us of being who they are. It's like when Biden said today that Trump was going to try and rig the election. We all know for a fact that Dems plan to rig this election. It's certainly not on the strength of their candidate. Ours is on the strength of our candidate.
These riots have caused me to completely lose patience, even pretending that maybe there is some hidden systemic racism that's hard to see. This bullshit narrative is being used to drive nation-wide riots. I'm done giving an ounce of effort trying to listen, until they present solid evidence. Vague accusations of racism and bigotry are bullshit.
