Words matter. Meanings of words matter. Exactitude of speech and writing matters.
You can tell that most of the people throwing the word "racist" around (also homophobe, misogynist, sexist, privilege) don't really know what the word means.
Critical Theory believes that anybody who is "white", or who refuses to acknowledge the existence of SYSTEMIC racism (no one is seriously discounting individual examples of prejudice), or who will not disavow or apologize for their "whiteness", or fully embrace the godless Black Lives Matter political movement, is a racist and a white supremacist. To these people, you are literally evil incarnate, because you were born evil, if you are "white". They make their hatred of men, and the fair-skinned, and Christians, and heterosexuals very clear.
There is a word for people like this.
bigot: one who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ.

They are bigots.
So when people start in with their hatred or disdain for "whiteness" or "white people", or any grouping of people deemed evil by this new religion of critical theory, it is acceptable to call them what they are.
They are bigots.
Never seen them give an example of the "systematic racism" they're all on about. If they say police brutality then that can be easily debunked
Any time they don't get exactly what they want is "systemic racism".

Doesn't Affirmative Action count as systemic racism? Or maybe that's just institutional racism.

everyone, except the blackest of the blacks, is guilty! you know, people who study STEM subjects do so because they like it....they are nerdly....they do not go out each day to hold people back, and they should not be expected to lift people up...they are expected to study STEM subjects because that's their job....you rarely (never) see black people just sitting there quietly studying a STEM subject...they have to get all wrapped up in activism and shouting...that's where they spend their time and energy in order to get into a STEM field....they get in through the back door, not the front door, and so do not have a knowledge base in a STEM field that is useful to others in that field...they cannot lead or even compete, let alone keep up
Then it is no longer an institution of education. Sorry that you have to deal with that because you deserve an solid education. I hate your government these days but hate no Canadians. I know so many of you Canadians and I used to hop over the border to drink with you when I was 19. Hell, you've consistently provided the lower 48 with some of the best musicians and comedians on the planet. I care first about Americans but Canadians are definitely cool and suffering under a clueless government.
