Dude...if they actually try to make and use chlorine gas on the police, they’re going to get lit up like the Fourth of July. At that point I don’t think the cops would give a shit about stand down orders from the chief, from the mayor or from the governor. I assume SWAT would be called in, and at that point denizens of the CHAZ would learn the true meaning of combat strategies and tactics.
