Answering questions under oath. It's not supposed to be a deterrent to anything; it's a step in forcing them to out themselves or face perjury and other charges.

When has any Democrat been charged for lying to Congress under oath? Didn't Holder do that, as well as telling them to shove their subpoenas up their assses?
