At some point we need to turn our backs on these companies that reject our values. I know it hurts to lose out on something you once loved, like the NFL or Disney, but we must face facts that these organizations hate us.
Fill that void with useful pursuits. The NFL sucks. Overlong games with constantly changing rules played by incoherent dumbbells that are mostly comprised of shitty commercials for consumer goods. You'd be better off playing a sport or engaging in some creative pursuit. Or even discovering a new one to watch, as there are countless ones available on tv. The same applies to NASCAR now. Go support your local dirt track instead of major woke corporations.
I feel bad for the players, leagues, and drivers who are put in an impossible situation. Not all of them are woke and many of those who are are just 20 year old kids who don't know shit. But I'm not going to spend my remaining time being preached to when life is so short. Time to make them decide in whose dollar means more---us or leftist/black radicals.

You need to make sure ESPN and similar are completely de-funded, which probably means giving up cable TV.
Cable packages have this crooked little package known as "carriage fees". Certain channels and content providers demand a regular (typically monthly) cut of each cable subscription so the cable company can have the privilege of offering the channel in question.
CNN is a common carriage fee scam. Due to the bundled nature of cable TV - typically all or nothing - it's possible that many conservatives are unwittingly funding CNN to the tune of $1-2/month just by having cable TV.
Given how lucrative and popular ESPN was before the Kung Flu shut sports down, I expect they also charge carriage fees. If you have a cable TV subscription, you may very well be funding ESPN even if you boycott professional sports.
Besides sports, what left is there to watch anyway? The only show I really liked was LivePD which is cancelled. Sometimes I watch Impractical Jokers with my gf. Everything else is utter garbage. There hasn't been a good show like The Sopranos in years.
Social messaging is sucking the life out of most of what I like to watch. These last couple of weeks I’ve been getting myself used to the idea of canceling by not turning the tv on and instead finding something to read.

I've never been a sports fan. Never understood their culture or fanaticism. No regrets. It's an overpriced hobby and most of the proceeds go towards funding the left and therefore the destruction of our way of life.

Hmmm. I was never into sports. I have my hobbies, but they do not include regular TV, movies, or anything else started or supported by Hollywood for the past 6-7 years. There is far better entertainment and material to be found in other places. Cancelled Netflix years ago when their dropped a lot of documentaries...I also hate funding anything that I don't want to explicitly endorse, but it is difficult these days.
Normies should realize by now or hopefully soon that they have made themselves into a serf class, offering their meager wages in some form of wallet-worship to vicariously escape their mundane routines by worshiping people who are surrounded by teams of people that are systematically crafting and guiding everything that celebrities and athletes do to make their products efficient machines for extracting money out of people. It is no wonder they appear to be normal when posing but seem crazy on Twatter.
I suppose that is just the nature of any game, but the effort to be this blend of general marketability and blandness with constant over the top fake excitement is rather exasperating and does not replace individual purpose in life.

Go and support a local amateur league. I would rather watch a group of amateur 30-somethings playing pickup soccer than pay $200 to go to an NFL game. Bring a cooler full of beers and cheer your hearts out for your neighbors. They are not world-class athletes, but it's still a ton of fun, you're building your community, and you're not supporting disgusting people.
Dude... I don’t even go to my local pizza sports bar as much because they pay for the sports package which goes to NFL, NBA, etc. I thought by now everyone on this site had given up on NFL, Disney, Amazon, Starbucks, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Baseball was my game. I have not watched on TV a single sport in the last 8 years. I've been to a Mets game and they had Mercy Me the Christian rock band for a finale. That I attended.
I say this because it's truly a great freedom to be removed from sports. They take up time and energy and provide very little. They are great to play and have fun with friends but to watch them and obsess over them is frankly down right pathetic.
There's an easy solution here.
Just watch any football game that has the Washington Redskins in it.

It sucks the NFL is so cucked. My brother used to grill/BBQ for the Sunday games and even though my team sucks, it was great to spend time with family and hate/love watching our team flop. Loved playing fantasy football as a way to keep up with friends who lived in different cities. All that is gone with the bending of the knee. I gave it up when Kaep did his shit and when teams wouldn’t cater to his outrageous contract demands, I gave them another chance. Won’t be fooled again. The players who were all uppity about BLM before have still not had a single one go to Trump who asked them to bring pardonable cases to him. Fuck them. They’re all talk and no action when it comes to BLM.
