Dave just posted a video to youtube 30 mins long. He talks about the events that have happened recently and calls for nationwide street violence if racial injustice is not solved. He makes no indication as to what will solve it. Dave just lost 100% of my respect. Sad!

More blacks voted for Donald J Trump than voted for Mitt Romney, John McCain or George W. Bush so, no, the percentage isn't static and the polling is showing the black vote is very much in play. I suspect the entire reason why white lefties are agitating for these riots is to try and rile up the black vote for Biden.

No. After the Civil War, black Americans were about 90% Republican. The first black congress members and senators were Republicans. Up until 1932, blacks consistently block voted for Republicans and the Jim Crow South and kkk were reliably over 90% Democrat. In 1936, during the Great Depression, about 30% of blacks voted for Franklin Delano Roosevelt. There's a few reasons why. FDR had Marion Anderson, a black opera singer, that was banned from a Broadway house, sing at the Lincoln Memorial. It was a very moving moment. At the outbreak of WWII, Elenore Roosevelt funded and visited the Tuskegee airman.
From 1936, the black vote was split between Democrats and Republicans but the consistent majority went to Republicans, around 30% to Democrats and 60% to Republicans.
In 1964, the year Lyndon Baines Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act and started the "War on Poverty" as part of the "Great Society", blacks voted over 80% for Democrats. This is despite the fact that Democrats filibustered the Civil Rights Act, more Republicans voted for the Civil Rights Act and Republicans were generally skeptical of the war on poverty and the great society. Blacks however, enthusiastically embraced LBJ's Great Society and welfare programs. It should be noted however, that even at that time MLK Jr, was a Republican and even spoke at the Republican Party platform in San Francisco that year. Revisionists try to say MLK Jr was a socialists or revolutionary...nope. The last presidential campaign year he was alive for, he spoke to the RNC.
From the 1970's on, Blacks have been the most reliable demographic vote for Democrats. Every election, they vote over 90% for the endorsed Democrat candidate. They rarely even vote or campaign for third parties or alternative Democrat candidates. They are the single most reliable Democrat voting block and they do block vote.
In my humble opinion, blacks should really ask themselves for all this loyalty to the Democrats, in fact, incredibly reliable and singular devotion to Democrats, what has it gained them from 1968 to 2020?That's 50 years and all they have to show for it is Barack Obama's presidency and few black cities that are run into the ground. For all the "war on poverty" and welfare nonsense and housing projects, what have they gained? In 1964 to 1972, they could argue, that public housing and some assistance was good but not anymore. The projects are dilapidated crime ridden wrecks and SNAP and Medicaid do more to keep them from getting out and doing for themselves than serving as a way up and out of poverty.
Edit: Also, Trump got 8% of the black vote which is a 2-3% increase over what any Republican has gotten for decades.

According to these sources, in terms of percents almost double the number of Muslims voted for Trump as blacks. Blacks voted 8% for Trump in 2016 and Muslims voted approximately 15% for Trump. However, blacks make up 13-15% of the U.S. population and Muslims make up 1% and many of that 1% are not citizens and not eligible to vote.
If the U.S. population is 350 million and blacks are assumed to be 15%, than blacks are 52,000,000. If only 60% of eligible blacks voted, that's 31,500,000. 8% of 2.520 million.
If Muslims are 1% of the U.S. population that's 3.5 million. If a straight up 15% of that voted for Trump it's 525,000.

Mitt and Mccain went against a black candidate, so they did exceptionally low. The black vote is only in liberal states. Its reallly not that important for the electoral college. The black vote is a pawn for white suburban women. They clutch their pearls thinking trump is a chad alpha racist.

What was extraordinary about the black vote in 2008 was the number of turnout, not the percentage. in 2012, blacks still turned out in large numbers but not the exceptional numbers that they did in 2008. the black vote has pretty much always gone 90% or more to Democrats since at least the 1980's.
