No DC jury is going to convict anyone, so the best we’ll get is indictments before the election.
While that is encouraging, I’m afraid military tribunals could have the same activists. Depends on the pay grade of those on the tribunal. I wouldn’t trust any over O6. They’d also likely be pulled from the DC area. Ft Meade, Andrews, Pentagon, Norfolk.... all O’s in those slots have learned to play politics.
And they have a 'tell' which is accusing their opposition of that which they are guilty of. Biden tipped his hand yesterday when he said, "[Trump] is going to steal this election". Now we know for a fact that they are planning to try and steal another election.
Or they are pre-establishing a narrative for later, when they lose. They will need a new excuse not to accept the results of the election that they share with their base. They cannot say “we lost”, because they need to continue “the resistance”. If they admit they lost, they cannot justify forming a counter shadow government in resistance to the will of the American People. They probably won’t use “Russian Collusion” again.
