The homeless were invited in, but they would just take food and leave. They were invited in by original leader, but the new Rapper leader, want's them kept out, cially after- people started suggesting they were in the same situation as most the people there-for choosing to build the CHAZ.
The homeless sense of survival and avoiding crazies- comes from knowing when a crowd is safe to mingle in, and when they need to get out of there. For some reason, they found the CHAZ 'Free society' not worth living in, or hanging around in. Pretty sure, they will all be booted if they are not black at some point.
That's because the citizens of glorious CHAZ are meeting reality at an accelerated rate.
