Them ruling from the bench during the hearing was never going to happen.
The 3-panel judges will rule on the arguments. They will (likely) issue a written opinion.
Now... comment on it as much as you want. I did in the live thread. And, I'm pretty sure they are going to lack the courage to do the right thing and grant the writ of mandamus, sending it back to clown world Sullivan's court, and dragging it out. No matter what Sullivan finds, this case is dead on appeal (Powell appeal, DOJ will not fight the appeal, and the ruling court will have to overturn the ruling).
It's depressing, but it's another symbol of injustice of the Deep State and why we need Trump for 4 more years. Make sure every potential voter know it.

With zero exceptions ever, as Sidney pointed out! The opposing attorney had zero to defend Sullivan's action so he was trying to knit together other cases. Fail.
