It's not enough if they don't force all partners to wear them. They also must require all partners to give the black power salute when greeting customers.

I was a supervisor for them when I was in college, and even back in the 00's that place was a complete shitshow. We had a nutjob regional manager who outright told us that unless you were a woman or a gay man you'd never get a managerial position.

People think Mississippi is backwards and behind the times, but I know someone was told in 1998 by a tech company that, though they liked his skills, they couldn't hire a white guy. Turns out, Mississippi is over twenty years ahead of even progressives.

Were you a woman or a gay man?

Neither, I left the company, despite the admittedly fantastic benefits, to go work in my field of study.

I make more than their regionals now anyways, and I don't smell like coffee all the time. Win/Win.

Haha I just saw you were a supervisor and you should she only promoted gays and ladies.

And fuck yeah mate! Good on you! I busted my ass thru school too and now I make more than most people in my field of study cause I just got lucky some doctor was desperate for someone to run his lab. I love how all you pedes are badasses with success stories and when I had liberal friends, they were all on welfare with no ambition or jobs or a penny to their name.

"Here kid: Wear this swastika or lose your shitty job."

Fuck that.

I can’t believe no one realizes its a shitty job. When I was a hardworking teen, I had the EXACT same expectations from a job as they had from me “we are both just as replaceable to each other. I can find another shitty job in under a week and you can find another shitty employee”. I was NEVER scared of losing my job cause I didn’t give a fucking shit, the next shitty job doesn’t care enough to call references and are usually just as desperate as you to find an employee. If any job forced me to wear something I didn’t agree with, I’d quit on the spot. Case in point, I don’t believe in forcing credit cards down people’s throats, especially with how fucking financially stupid everyone is. So when target tried to force me to wear their “5% off with target red card!” Buttons, I was out and washing dishes at some shorty restaurant within 4 days.

They should just cut to the chase and make self flagellation mandatory for all white baristas and keep a whip handy for use by black customers in case they want to get a few lashes in, following social distancing guidelines, of course.
