There have been enough rapes to make it look like real Somalia or a feminists idea of a college campus
Their food got stolen by the homeless and they have no idea how to garden
This has basically been communism on speed run mode.

CHAZ is what happens when you turn on all the disasters in Sim City and put the speed on cheetah. I'm just waiting for Godzilla to show up.
