They know your handle by email addresses associated to your name.
Why are you giving them the email address associated with that ha dle then?
It just seems easily avoidable either way.
You are also tracked by any email address associated to device ID.
I don't think many employers would be searching that hard.
They don't but people sell that info to companies with 80% accuracy of device ID to address.
