Incidentally this is not something BLM believes in. They believe the community or the village should raise the children. How's that working out? In 1965 25% of black children were born out of wedlock, today 70%. Leftist policies married the black woman to the government via public housing, welfare, food stamps, etc. They just keep doubling down and expect different results.
