Minneapolis itself has been entirely in the hands of Democrats for over five decades; the 'systemic racism' there was built by successive Democrat administrations.

Every time I hear "I know racism, I'm a black man living in America", they're always living in a leftist shithole like LA, New York, Detroit, Baltimore or Chicago.
