Convicting Flynn means the police and FBI can put any black man in jail for any reason whatsoever whether he committed a crime or not.

He brought this hypothetical up no less than 3 separate occasions. He molded the question to somehow make it vaguely apply to the Flynn case. I’m no lawyer, but it was a disgusting display of grandstanding. I Would think any Judge would be Appalled.

According to the lady that sat through the entire hearing there's zero chance Sullivan can do anything to Flynn that won't be immediately reversed by the appeals court. A judge cannot act as a prosecutor, period.
