Minneapolis pretty much had no police a couple weeks ago since the mayor and Governor told them to keep standing down and look what happened to that truck driver simply driving on a freeway making a delivery. They closed the freeways 4 hours earlier than they had announced, put no barriers up, and allowed all those people to just sit in the middle of the road. Not only did they beat him up and jail him, but also they said he was LUCKY the rioters listened to their better angels and didn't do worse to him.
