We should make em go thru the process of becoming an American like other legal immigrants do.

They need to learn all the presidents names, learn the Constitution, learn the national anthem and swear the oath of allegiance.

Just to earn a green card, which would keep them under heavy scrutiny for a 5 year period where breaking the law can lead to the card being revoked.
