The violence and hatred you are seeing isn’t coming from the Democrats, it is coming from the far left anti-establishment crowd. These guys have been around forever under different names and have had the same beef no matter who is in charge.

Forever anti-establishment meant anti-capitalist until more recently when Tea Party, Libertarians etc became more popular. We actually had an anti-establishment creed that was pro-capitalist, pro-America, and this is what Trump ran on. This is why Bernie bro’s came over to our side because the goal was the same, freedom from globalism, but the methods different.
Fast forward to today and what you have is a Democrat party which is so desperate For support that they have invited their radicals into the party! They have somehow managed to convince these kids that 5 years ago were against them that they are on the same side. Same with the corporations!
It’s actually quite amazing the brainwashing skills this has taken, it’s all about Trump now, they have turned the hatred for greedy corporatism against him and are hiding behind him!

I used to be a black bloc protestor too. 1999 in Seattle WTO, I was there. What is going on right now is nothing new. The only thing that is different is that the mainstream politics and corporate overloads have embraced it. They know they are exposed it has made them desperate. They are hiding behind the mob right now.
I actually learned about how capitalism worked because I wanted to figure out how to defeat it. But the thing is the more I learned the more I realised I was full of shit and that the actual route through the evils I was seeing (Globalism, Inequality, the concentration of the media into very small groups of people), was not less America but more.
The more educated I became the more right wing I leaned. This is not new either. Reality smacks you in the face once you start having to pay your taxes and figure out how to own a home or care for your child lol. Point is a lot of these people will wake up once day and they will be pissed once they realize how they were used.
I commend you on the positive outlook you have for liberal NPCs. I was too once on the brainwashed camp. And you are right, it is possible to shake off the conditioning. It is extremely difficult tough. It requires a commitment to the truth over anything else.
