If you think about it, transgenderism is all about how other people perceive the transgendered person. lefties call it how the transgender "presents". If they are thin, they also have a womanly hip to waste ratio but that's easily covered with baggie clothing.

I’m getting my PsyD in clinical psychology and transgenderism has always looked and acted like a disorder to me. Further, the suicide rate for transgender individuals is north of 40%, which beats any disorder in the DSM...and were supposed to think that’s within the spectrum of “normal” behavior? It honestly feels like psychology, as a whole, is way off course.
The mental health system has gone downhill in the past 20 years. At most clinics and hospitals it was common to be seen by real psychologists for therapy, and psychiatrist's working on the medical side. It's changed to social workers for therapy, and nurse practitioners to prescribe the meds. The NP's are mostly female and easily influenced pharmacutical represenatives to push the latest new (not really new drug example abilify patent expires so now its time to push new and improved rexulti). I don't know what happened to phsycologists, they seem to have disapeared completely. Its a shame because they differ from social workers in that they analyze why you are thinking they way you do, and then help change they way your brain works changing its structure through changing your thought patterns hopefully resulting in a true cure, and really improve your life. While a social worker (as the title implies) is more concerned with getting you to just good enough to function in society, this usually means section 8 housing, food stamps, and either a low skilled job or SSI SSDI. They do therapy but its mostly coddling. Psychiatrist's seem to be aging out, most are older, like over 60.
Well how do you expect them to be able to afford to keep a crucial diversity department? Poke around uni payroll sites. Lowest paid iirc is over $110K US. Is it redundant to have both "Affirmative Action" and "diversity departments?"

A good friend of mine was the head of the department of psychiatry at a major medical institution with a list of publications as long as your arm. His direct quote "I'm convinced most of us got into psychiatry to try and figure out our own problems. A career is just a bonus."

It's funny because if you look at any of the diversity enforcement positions, you'll almost never see a white person in them. The military has had affirmative action for a long time. My classmate was offered a position because every four years they gave it to a female, and that year was the turn for a female to have a prestigious job. She was intelligent and did well so they offered it to her. She wasn't quite at the top though and knew it should've been offered to others so she asked, was told yes we want a female this year, so she refused it because she was so insulted. The female we got instead wasn't nearly as good and was quite a disappointment.
You see this with promotions as well. Alcoholic commanding general that drives drunk all over base and is constantly being stopped by the MPs. Always hushed up though and no charges were ever filed of course because she was the first female general in that military branch and it would've been a setback for diversity, and they wanted to promote her further in the future (which happened predictably).
There was a black man talking about this kind of stuff, maybe Sowell, and how it actually hurts "minorities" and women because it just promotes them arbitrarily; poor performing minorities get an advantage while high performing minorities refuse to be pandered to. But it makes white people resent all of them because they just see the poor performers of that group getting promoted despite their ineptitude, and know that they'll be passed over in favor of a diversity hire at some point in their career. It's just promoting the worst examples of these groups over the better examples in the name of diversity and inclusion. Subsidizing failures just creates more failures. It shows people that the way to get ahead is to claim the most victim points instead of performing the best.

There’s nothing I can do. Her father (a conservative) literally cannot say anything but supportive stuff because her therapist is the one who helped her “find out/legitimate” that the internet is right and that she must transition. I’ve talked to quite a few people about this stuff, a lot family, and fits are thrown by all the women I talk to and the men seem to roll their eyes like “you’re really going to open this can of worms aren’t you?”

It's funny because if you look at any of the diversity enforcement positions, you'll almost never see a white person in them. The military has had affirmative action for a long time. My classmate was offered a position because every four years they gave it to a female, and that year was the turn for a female to have a prestigious job. She was intelligent and did well so they offered it to her. She wasn't quite at the top though and knew it should've been offered to others so she asked, was told yes we want a female this year, so she refused it because she was so insulted. The female we got instead wasn't nearly as good and was quite a disappointment.
You see this with promotions as well. Alcoholic commanding general that drives drunk all over base and is constantly being stopped by the MPs. Always hushed up though and no charges were ever filed of course because she was the first female general in that military branch and it would've been a setback for diversity, and they wanted to promote her further in the future (which happened predictably).
There was a black man talking about this kind of stuff, maybe Sowell, and how it actually hurts "minorities" and women because it just promotes them arbitrarily; poor performing minorities get an advantage while high performing minorities refuse to be pandered to. But it makes white people resent all of them because they just see the poor performers of that group getting promoted despite their ineptitude, and know that they'll be passed over in favor of a diversity hire at some point in their career. It's just promoting the worst examples of these groups over the better examples in the name of diversity and inclusion. Subsidizing failures just creates more failures. It shows people that the way to get ahead is to claim the most victim points instead of performing the best.

These days though there seems to be a leftist inquisition going on designed to suss out your political beliefs and allegiances. My wife experiences this at her work. She has already been outed as a conservative simply for failing to engage and affirm the Democrat narratives being openly discussed in the workplace. They will actually have a loud conversation about Orange Man Bad and then pause and look over at my wife, who remains quiet, doing her job. Of course there are never any repercussions for expressing "politically correct" views.

We need to do the same thing back to them. Do not hire, promote, recommend or help lefties or left wingers at all. Only and always help conservatives. Try to only recommend and patronize businesses that are not run or controlled by lefties.
You've just touched on the probably most underrated, unseen, and unappreciated tactics of the left's revolution and power dynamic. And you're absolutely right, we have to fight with the exact same tactics; by elevating, hiring, and promoting conservatives and conservative owned businesses. We need to network and promote within and slowly build our power base.
