In the end it was primarily teenage white girls who should be busy with school and their parents making sure they didn't get in trouble and were home on time. I only saw a few people that looked to be from out of town. There were lots of out of town license plates on the cars driving through but it is summertime and this is a vacation spot. I was probably only more aware of it because of the situation and my own paranoia of the situation. I live a block from where this was all taking place and people were acting like the town was going to burn. I was on high alert.

There was a handful of patriots supporting blue lives matter. Many were driving up and down the street with American flags and Trump flags. There was a bad ass group of boys walking right through the protesters with a big Trump flag. I hope they come here and see what true patriots look like. I have a feeling they will make a great addition to the meme war.

The hype in the couple days leading up to the event seems in retrospect to have been fueled by social media and small town gossip with a giant dash of paranoia courtesy of the MSM. I do believe we were being trolled online by more than just locals. There was definitely something going on. I just can't put my finger on it yet.

I don't know if it was all troll or if most of them chickened out once they saw patriots with guns. It may have been the massive police presence that damn near outnumbered both rallies.

All in all, it was a non-event. I'm glad.

I just wanted to update in the interest of following through and sharing information.

Thank you all for the support and interest. I'm glad I was wrong about it all.
