Yes. This is made with python / tensorflow. I PM'd you the source. This bot was only trained with 3k tweets so it has a lot of learning to do. But with Biden's non-sensical dialogue I figured I'd train it insufficiently.
I have a PHP front end on a cron job that replies to new tweets from idiots like Jim Acosta, Maggie Haberman, CNN, ABC, Joe Biden, and about 10 others at random intervals. It also adds a lot of subtle pedophilia references into the final tweet.
