RI set up 3 field hospitals to deal with covid, all 3 were empty, not one patient sent to them, yet covid were sent to nursing homes and most covid deaths were in nursing homes.RI has a big democrat governor and she was taking orders from Cuomo.

Yes, this. Not to take away from the evilness of the nursing home decision, but let's make sure everyone is on the same, fact-based page. The Mercy and Hope were intended to take specifically-non-covid cases so that standard hospital facilities could prioritize the gorillion covid cases that were supposed to come in.
