You can never compromise with evil. Too many people throughout the last few decades have kept allowing evil to spread unfettered because they felt that as long as it didn't affect them then live and let live. Unfortunately, evil spreads like a disease and before long it's too late your children and their friends are taking part. Before you know it, the new norm was once something that would have once been considered repugnant. Soon the same thing happens to your children's children and down the line.
