McCarthy is starting to look a like a hero. You know we see all these movies bad mouthing McCarthy, but the people making the movies were the same fucking people that he was going after.

Exactly.

I figured this out like 2 years ago...

I used to be a leftist. I hated McCarthy and believed he was evil.

I also hated conservatives and Republicans and believed they were evil.

I stopped thinking conservatives were evil, but still held the McCarthy for some reason.

Which makes me think... If they pushed so hard to demonize him.. it's because he was a fucking AMERICAN SAINT

I have to read history from a pro-McCarthy viewpoint... but I guess I don't need to because I see what the Communists are currently doing and it's fucked beyond belief.

McCarthy was an American Saint.

Can I ask how you got red pilled? I need some hope for some friends of mine. And this country in general.

Well it's hard to say when exactly... It was much longer than 2 years ago, I just figured out the McCarthy thing 2 years ago.

Anyway.. it was more a series of events.

Occupy Wallstreet (2011) was the beginning.

I, like everyone else, said "fuck the banks!", "they're corrupt!", "privatize profits and socialize losses"... and thought it was a righteous, just cause.

Then I watched the livestreams. I saw and read about the rapes, drugs, homeless, uselessness, stupidity, anger and hatred for everything. I saw the people try to create 'flat' governments where they would raise their hands and they created those stupid fucking hand signals for group consensus.

It still wasn't a full "redpill moment", (I doubt there is such a thing).. but it was a "these people are fucking idiots" feeling. I believe this was the beginning of my transition.

(This is why I'm a big proponent of allowing the Seattle 'CHAZ' zone to exist as long as possible. To show as many misguided youth, like I was, how fucking stupid these people actually are.)

Anyway, one year my white friends started making comments about 'white people' in job positions at work. And my long time Indian and Asian friends began talking about white privilege (2013-2014). They made a hell of a lot more money than me at the time) and this is where things began to unravel.

BLM started up... I agreed with it mostly... but then I saw this video of Ben Sharpiro in 2016 and.... Actually I take it back... THIS was my redpill suppository moment. I had never heard such a succinct, accurate and honest take on the issues in black culture. Nobody I'd ever heard of had spoken this way before and it blew my fucking mind. Then I saw people calling Shapiro a Nazi on reddit... I was like.. wtf guys, he's a Jew. And they downvoted me to all fucking hell... I'd never used reddit before so I couldn't figure out why I didn't fit in and got down voted for simply posting the fact that Shapiro is a Jew..

I still didn't even vote Trump in 2016 (voted Gary Johnson) but then Democrats lost their fucking minds and so yea...

Was a long road to redemption but I'm here. I guess it was just honesty, integrity and rationality from the right that brought me here.

And it's good to be home.

*edit - these riots in the last 2 weeks redpilled the fuck out of my wife. She's full on Trump and wants me to take her to the gun range asap lol.
