In China, Blacks say taxi drivers are racists, because Chinese taxi drivers have learned to avoid Africans. Why? They are trying to avoid getting robbed, stiffed, beaten up, or stabbed. This is not made up. I did business there, and talked to taxi drivers daily. It's a learned behavior.
