I’m a retired contractor and the only real way to secure sliding glass doors is a roll down door. They are very expensive but give you almost impenetrable protection. They are also used in hurricane areas. There are lots of ways to keep them from being pried open or lifted off the track, but I’ve never seen a security door like you are describing.

Now you could get creative and sink a couple of steel poles in the ground and install chain link fencing immediately adjacent to the glass. Maybe put in a gate and heavy chain lock?
