It's all packed with preservatives and sodium. It's not good for you. Get yourself some Ezekiel bread, a proportioned chicken breast that is grilled, whatever else you like on it, and some protein chips. The chips may taste like ass, but you stay fuller for longer since they give you good complex carbs and proteins.
