Holy crap, that all happens so fast! He just out of nowhere starts flailing around and resisting. He actually seemed somewhat reasonable all up until that point. Well, reasonable as you can expect from a drunk person. I've definitely seen worse/more rowdy drunks. But this is just crazy! This didn't have to end the way it did. Why couldn't he have just cooperated?

You could tell he just wanted to be let off for DUI. So now it's unjust to arrest blacks for DUI.
