This shooting is completely justified. The gentleman was intoxicated putting himself and others in danger by choosing to drive. He was caught and should have just paided a very small price of losing his license and a fine compared to losing his life. People will argue he only had a taser, but I'm sure he would haved grabbed the cops gun also but just happened to grab the taser. When you resist and steal the cops taser things are going to possibly spiral out of control. Just simply give up and pay the price for making a mistake. There are some cops shootings that can't be justified but the vast majority have one thing in common the suspect is almost always resisting.
