Say what? If this dude had not have been drinking and passed out in the car at a Drive-Thru the cops will never have been called. If this dude had not resisted and assaulted the cops there would not have been a shooting. It's against the law to drink and drive. It's against the law to assault a police officer. It's against the law to resist arrest. Yet this person broke the law. So if someone aims at you you're not going to defend yourself?
