Doesn't matter. Even if the cops absolutely were both aware that it was their taser he was pointing at them, a taser can still be fatal particularly if the one being tased is standing up on asphalt (can fall and strike your head hard enough to do serious damage), and incapacitating a cop means he then has access to that cop's firearm.
The taser can disable the cop, and that enables the perp to grab his firearm. I would also add that a police officer is not required to use an equal force in response.
I watched the entire dash video. How in the holy hell can anyone watch that, see that he resisted a lawful arrest, landed multiple haymakers on a cop, stole a police taser, ran away and turned to use the weapon on the cop, and still Reeeeeeee!!!
They burned a Wendy's down for that? WTF, black leaders need to call this for what it is and try to stop further rioting.
