The timeline for the GDC query shows all arrests in Clayton County. The unsourced image from OP shows Fulton County (with overlapping dates that don't match). GDC ID 1001370147 isn't the same as the unsourced image in this post.
I searched each of those case numbers individually and they all show a release date in 12/14 with the major offense being False Imprisonment. Bottom line, at least some of the info in OP's image is probably fake however is does appear Brooks committed those crimes.
