That happened to me, twice, when I said "Seth Rich" one time, and the second time, I just referred to him as "that young DNC worker who was (murdered or killed) in DC" ... something along those lines. I have seen his name on there mentioned since, but it happens I am guessing, when you're right over the target and someone reports it to the powers that be.
