I'm on Twitter and multiple trending items saying #trumpisunwell #trumwearsadultdiapers and probably 2-3 others. I've seen this type of astroturfing before but not this heavily. It all over reddit too (imagine my shock...). When you search in those hashtags, there's no context or videos. I feel like I missed something. I know it's all bullshit.
