The hospital can't say anything about it without violating federal law. He knew that when he planned this out. He and his attorney can lie all day long on every channel and in every paper, and none of the healthcare workers can legally say a word about it.

If you look at photos and not the video, he was wearing an M95 mask with yellow straps under a paper mask with white string tie offs. There's a picture of him from another angle that clearly shows them.
