I always thought that the guns seized as evidence were either destroyed or "destroyed". Never knew you could buy them.

Depends on the jurisdiction. Some sell them to brokers, some chop them up, depends how cucked the city is. I have seen beautiful antique Winchesters and Colts from the 1800's chopped up because the cuck city wont sell them. Some crackhead steals grandpa's gun collection and they get confiscated then chopped up. Or some Karen turns in her father's gun collection when he dies because they make her tummy nervous.

Especially the guns used in home D clean shoots in liberal states, if they are nice they tend to just walk away.
