Most of them think the Constitution grants rights to the people instead of restricting the government from infringing on rights. They are so obtuse they don’t comprehend where our rights come from in the first place therefore they think they can take them away whenever they want.
The ones that have read it do so very strangely. I recently read a liberal who was asking along the lines of why when liberals take simple amendments and interpret them as broadly as possible would they take the 2A and simply read it as face value. This is the problem with them. Even when they've read it they've made up their own meaning behind it and rational thought plays no part.
For liberals, the Constitution is like the Bible. They misquote it to serve their purposes, but they haven't actually read it.

They think The General Welfare Clause grants the people in government unlimited power so long as they say it's for the common good.
