Here's both the full body cam videos where you see Rayshard Brooks passed out at Wendy's drive through (most likely drunk driving), gets waken up multiple times by cop, is completely wasted, resists arrest, fights with cops, steals the weapon, then shoots taser at the cop while running. 🚨
