Regarding 'The Talk' part:

I recently had a discussion with a young employee of mine about this subject. He said it was weird that Blacks as well as whites had to be taught how to act around police officers.

I thought it was weird that some people had to be taught as well, but for different reasons.

I thought it was natural to comply with someone in a position of authority that can use force to detain you if you become combative. Apparently to some people it is not.

Respect and discipline needs taught at a young age. If you have to have the talk with your teenage children you haven't raised them right. But them not all kids have that figure in their lives to teach them those things

I dont know why some one downvoted this; its true. Its one of the root problems of society today no matter what color your skin is.

Screw downvotes. Listen to Larry Elders interview. He makes that very point.
