“People only steal when they have to”. What a canard.

But it speaks to an underlying assumption these people make. In the 90s I had to take a class to be certified for home daycare. They were teaching the idea that all children are altruistic creatures who will always know and do the right thing; but that adults corrupt these little angels by setting bad examples. Because of YOU bad adults, children learn to be selfish or hateful or greedy.

On the contrary, I’ve found children to start out inherently self-centered and that it’s the adults’ responsibility to teach them altruism and empathy. If babies weren’t born self-centered, they wouldn’t survive (mom’s tired, I’ll just lay here quietly and not cry for a feeding... lol nope).

Communists, at least the genuine utopian idealists, believe all people will take only what they need and work just as hard for others as they would for their own reward. They believe this even while they give less than their own share, making excuses based on past grievances. It just never works out. Human nature, even human survival, is based on self-care with a dash of altruism rather than the other way around. Any system relying on this foundational belief in the natural state of full altruism will end up enforcing altruism brutally.

Capitalism works because it harnesses individual ‘self service’ in a system that works for the good of the whole community.

Oh my God what the fuck. Were the people teaching those lessons even human? Someone who thinks like that can't have every been around either adults or children, including being one themselves. Were they lizard people or what?

I shit you not, this tip was given:

If your toddler has a temper tantrum, the first thing you should do is rearrange the furniture. The MOST LIKELY reason is that they’re frustrated because they can’t get to the toys easily.

There was no specific demo living room they were talking about. This was just generic advise for any and all situations.

Quick, Seattle! Move your couches!

they have already been moved out into the streets. Not by choice I am sure. News says its the summer of love or a farmers market. They even have couches lining the streets . Did anyone see antifa carrying couches into Chaz? no? Then you have to assume they stole the shit from the people they have made hostages don't you?

CNN: Antifa desperate for solutions to their lifelong ailment of the stupids attempts to rearrange couches thanks to the advice of recently acquired staff of the local daycare.

Great point, where these couches came from! Can’t call the police, right?

Sharing them like that, they’re all gonna get bed bugs and scabies and lice and karma.

Thomas Sowell is brilliant.

We really need to stand up to teachers like that. If some certified trainer suggests something so stupid as that, people should stand up, call them retarded, and leave the room.

Not only no, but fuck no. What dumbass thinks giving in to a toddler having a tantrum is the right thing to do?

Now you know the origins of all these snowflakes that scream like banshees when they don’t get there way.
