Every "pride month" the sodomites gain more ground and get more stupid demands met. Im pretty sure the civil rights act of 65 had nothing to say about them, but that was the logic used in the ruling.
Hate me for saying this but I am with SC on this. Why are we even going to SC on this issue? More and more issues are being escalated to SC that shouldnt be there. Federal government needs to cut off funding and eliminate all federal programs and incentives for sanctuary cities. We need to retake the Congress this november and make it happen. Use the power already vested to Congress, the power of the purse.
Although I wouldn't have allowed such lawlessness to exist within my borders for so long, it appears Trump wanted to play nice and go to the courts. If the Supreme Courts wants to force everyone to accept sodomy then they have no excuse for turning down the sanctuary case. They should have taken it and struck down the law.
But they want to force personal beliefs down our throats while refusing to help the president enforce the law.

Because it isn't in the Constitution. SCOTUS doesn't get to "make things right" when there is no Constitutional basis to do so. Congress can easily write laws for this, or they can amend the Constitution. Read the dissenting opinion starting on page 38 and you'll understand why.
My post was about sanctuary only. SCOTUS was legislating from the bench on the CRA case. That is wrong. Looks like they want to legislate from bench at their convenience. I agree with you, congress can write laws to protect LGBQ. I feel like T is already protected under ADA, but may be I am missing something.
My apologies for not reading what you wrote carefully and thinking it was on a different issue.

Didn't the 2nd and 9th circuit courts rule in opposite directions on this? If so, that would be the basis for SCOTUS to be called in. The US Constitution shouldn't mean something completely different just because you are in a different time zone in America.
In a sense the 9th circus is correct in that federal laws needs to be enforced by federal law enforcement agencies at the same time the 2nd circuit unanimously ruled that States doesn't have a right to federal money either, meaning if they don't want to help catch illegals then they have no right in federal police funding. We had Congress for 2 years and could have enacted laws that made these cities ineligible for any federal funds not just police funds. But we didn't, our side is more interested in crying like a bitch and running to a 3rd party (Judicial branch) for solutions. More and more of these instances resulted in Judges legislating from their benches. Sure we appointed more judges in the last 3 years, but half of them probably already have blackmail-able materials on a DNC server or their names on a certain flight logs anyway.. smh..
SC is fucking pathetic. Lifetime appointments and they never work. Hear cases, that they pick and choose, maybe quarterly. They have far too much power. Should have to hear every case and work year round, minus maybe 1 month vacation.
If a Democrat president or governor decides to go more insane than lately, conservatives can declare their area a sanctuary for those opposed to whatever unconstitutional stunts are pulled
The feds can still withhold funding to such states. I don't think this will be the last time such a case will be presented, and this one was only denied cert not affirmed/overturned.
Supreme court is shitting all over the country today. This ruling, the gay/trannie ruling. Two ridiculously cucked rulings in like 1 hour
The unelected judiciary is every bit as much the enemy of the people as the media is.
Yea the sodomite ruling was bad. Terrible. And on the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. They're mocking Christ.

Only if Congress has no balls..
LMAO.. ok.. point taken.. :)
What exactly were Gorsuch and Kavanaugh doing?????????????????
We already know Roberts is quiche.
"Elections have consequences."

Looks like the SC needs to swing even further to the right.
Why is he keeping the kid gloves on!?
Thank you for using archive. Wish that was more common because i dont want to click any fake news media links and give them ad revenue
Okay, let's figure out how to turn this to our advantage instead of just endlessly bitching about it.
Ideas?
